Independent Cable and Telecommunications Association (ICTA) views the Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FNPRM), which addresses exclusive contracts and perpetual contracts and emanating from the inside wiring rulemaking, as critical to the enhancement of competition in the cable television marketplace. December 23, 1997Comments Filed In Latest Round Of Inside Wiring Proceeding Today, ICTA filed its comments in the Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking arising out of the inside wiring proceeding. August 28, 1997 On August 28, 1997, the Federal Communications Commission issued a Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in the Telecommunications Services Inside Wiring proceeding, CS Docket No. 95-184.
