Exclusive Service Contracts
Exclusive Service/Access and Marketing agreements between PCOs and MDUs/REITs/HOAs are an important part of a PCO's ability to provide quality service and stay in business. The FCC has, twice in recent years, studied the need for these agreements. Our industry won both of those battles.

Well, here we go again! Because of Verizon touting FiOS they have convinced the FCC to study them again - and the bias is against the PCO point of view. This will be quite a battle.
